Becoming Vibrant - 8 Dec 2020: Day 12
We are almost at the end of the introduction to the nine key areas of vibrancy. Today’s topic is Spiritual Vibrancy. This is a tricky one to measure. After all, how can a person legitimately say they feel more spiritually vibrant today than they did this time last year? I’m not sure, but I’m going to find out.
Spiritual Vibrancy is the area of Spiritual Connection and Higher Purpose. 🙏
Being connected to something greater than ourselves is typically how we think about the spiritual experience. But it is also the journey of finding meaning in our lives and getting clarity on our higher purpose. Then it’s about holding ourselves to our morals and aligning our behaviours with our core values. This can be achieved by activities such as prayer and meditation, but it can also include journaling, yoga, volunteering, mentoring, tithing and travel, or any other activities that lead to moments of greater perspective, where we can reflect and contemplate deeper questions, thus leading to insight and moments of enlightenment.
My long term goal for this area is to become the type of person that is grounded, focused and self-aware.
I would also like to get clear on and then work toward living my higher purpose. I’m certain it has something to do with this very project, but I’m not quite sure how to string it together in a tidy little memorable sentence… and believe me, I’ve tried!
Is your higher purpose clearly defined so that it rolls off your tongue without hesitation? Or are you struggling to find meaning in your life? If you have an inkling of what your higher purpose is, please share it with us. I am keen to hear loads of inspiration in this area.

THIS IS ME
A SMALL INTRODUCTION. I left Canada to marry a wonderful Aussie man and was just settling into motherhood when he suffered a stroke from a bad neck manipulation. It was a difficult time and I was left to take care of my baby, my husband and maintain the household on my own. I was exhausted and quickly realised that if I didn’t take care of myself, my health would fail and my family would fall apart. I refused to let that happen, so self-care became my focus.
IT TOOK TIME. But I got through it and was determined to turn my experience into a blessing. I left my career in architecture and started Kaya Jewellery, where I create meaningful keepsake pieces that bring comfort and hope, helping people get through their difficult times, just as I did.
To support people in their wellness journey, our designs combine meditation and positive affirmations with healing crystal gemstones and lava beads to diffuse essential oils.
Wear them to help you get past your challenges so you can reclaim your vibrancy. You’ll feel the positive energy that is infused in your special piece and it will help you move forward. I know you’ll love yours.
Sending hugs, Marlowe 💖
