Becoming Vibrant - 11 Dec 2020: Day 15

Becoming Vibrant

Recap: Becoming Vibrant

Well, it’s been a very busy start to this little project of mine, but it’s going well, so I’m really pleased. I thought I’d do a quickie recap of the nine areas of wellness before I kick off tomorrow with some actual work! Yikes… buckle up - here’s where the rubber hits the road!

Ok, so the question that I am trying to answer is this: how can we age vibrantly? Already I am seeing examples of people who are living very vibrant lives, and I am so inspired by them. But I am looking to unlock the actual recipe to vibrancy as well.

To that end, I have worked out nine key areas of vibrancy. They are:

1. Intellectual Vibrancy - the area of Learning and Growth
2. Emotional Vibrancy - the area of Self-Care and Resilience
3. Physical Vibrancy - the area of Diet and Exercise
4. Financial Vibrancy - the area of Income and Abundance
5. Social Vibrancy - the area of Belonging and Support
6. Familial Vibrancy - the area of Partner and Family
7. Occupational Vibrancy - the area of Career and Legacy
8. Spiritual Vibrancy - the area of Spirit and Higher Purpose
9. Environmental Vibrancy - the area of Stewardship and Harmony with our Surroundings

I have long-term goals attached to each area, and next I will be working on creating short-term goals that will move me closer to the end goal every day. My plan is to put all these goals into a vision board and to do it with YOU in an interactive (free) webinar! Yay! It will be on Thursday Jan 14 at 1pm AEST (Sydney Australia) which is Wednesday evening if you are in the Northern Hemisphere. So add that date to your calendar and I will fill you in on the details shortly.

Until then, have a think about these nine key areas and some goals you would like to achieve in the much new and improved year of 2021.
Now tell me, on a scale of 1-10, how likely are you to join me to create your vision board and really get your vibrancy cranked up a notch. C’mon! It’ll be fun! I promise.

A SMALL INTRODUCTION. I left Canada to marry a wonderful Aussie man and was just settling into motherhood when he suffered a stroke from a bad neck manipulation. It was a difficult time and I was left to take care of my baby, my husband and maintain the household on my own. I was exhausted and quickly realised that if I didn’t take care of myself, my health would fail and my family would fall apart. I refused to let that happen, so self-care became my focus.

IT TOOK TIME. But I got through it and was determined to turn my experience into a blessing. I left my career in architecture and started Kaya Jewellery, where I create meaningful keepsake pieces that bring comfort and hope, helping people get through their difficult times, just as I did.

To support people in their wellness journey, our designs combine meditation and positive affirmations with healing crystal gemstones and lava beads to diffuse essential oils.

Wear them  to help you get past your challenges so you can reclaim your vibrancy. You’ll feel the positive energy that is infused in your special piece and it will help you move forward. I know you’ll love yours.

Sending hugs, Marlowe 💖
